Refunds policy

• Full refunds will be issued if appointments are canceled twelve hours before the scheduled appointment's day and time. Anything later than the twelve-hour period will receive a partial refund.

• In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail: connect@notarybybrigitte.com

• We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day of the schedule appointment. PayPal or Zelle will be used to refund you your money back.
